Pradeep J. Perera, PE President

Mr. Perera is a Professional Engineer in Maryland and Virginia with over 21 years of professional experience. He holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham. His technical expertise is primarily in transportation (especially pavements), geotechnical engineering, and horizontal construction.

David M. Heisler, PhD Vice President

Dr. Heisler has over 33 years of experience managing programs supporting the Federal Government in environmental science, industrial hygiene, information technology, chemical warfare defense, military survivability and operability, quality assurance, and archaeology. Since joining SaLUT in 1997, he has managed the company's international industrial hygiene and environmental engineering programs. Dr. Heisler holds Master's and Doctorate degrees in Anthropology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from the University of New Mexico.

David Morrill, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Morrill has more than 18 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting for government contractors and other private sector industries. He is proficient in cost analysis, auditing, and the Federal Acquisition Regulations. Mr. Morrill joined SaLUT in 2008.

Kathleen Walsh, Operations Manager

Ms. Walsh directs SaLUT's domestic industrial hygiene program. She has over 20 years of extensive management experience encompassing facilities management, environmental program management, federal government contracting, and safety disciplines. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Wisconsin.
